Return of used devices according to ElektroG3

As a supplier and manufacturer, we are obliged to take back all electrical equipment we put on the market and to dispose of it according to certain ecological standards. You can register all FORTEC components and system solutions that were placed on the market in Germany for disposal at the end of their service life via RMA@fortec-integrated.de. Once an RMA number has been issued, you can return the goods to us and we will ensure that they are disposed of in an environmentally sound and legally compliant manner.

• Old batteries and accumulators that are not built-in permanently must be removed from the used electrical device and completely discharged before they are returned (ElektroG 3 § 10 Paragraph 2 Sentence 2). 
• When returning used devices containing batteries and/or accumulators, please observe the respective shipping regulations.
• When returning lithium batteries, please mark the shipment with the inscription LITHIUM BATTERIES FOR RECYCLING.
