MIO-5152 - versatile industrial 3.5" single board computer

With Advantech's low-power and long-term available MIO-5152 Single Board Computer (SBC), up to 3 independent displays can be driven via LVDS, DP1.4 and HDMI2.0 at up to 4K@60Hz. The 3.5" SBC is available with the Intel® Elkhart Lake Atom™ x6425E, Celeron® N6210 or J6412 processor. The integrated Intel CPUs are available as quad or dual core processors and have a CPU TDP of 6 to 12W.

This allows not only cost-effective, but also fanless industrial applications for the medical, transportation, measurement and many more.

The MIO-5152 has a SO-DIMM socket for memory with a capacity of up to 32GB DDR4-3200 and supports Windows 10 LTSC & Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, Embedded Software APIs and WISE-DeviceOn.

For SSDs, there is an M.2 2242 Key M (SATA Interface) expansion slot as well as a SATA III interface including SATA Power.

As a special feature, the single board computer offers an I2C and eSPI interface. Further connectivity is provided by 2x GbE, an M.2 2230 Key E socket with NanoSIM, 4x RS232 and 2x RS232/422/485, as well as 6x USB, four of which are connected via USB 3.2 Gen2 (10Gbps) speed.

For onboard security, the board has a TPM2.0 chip, as well as a watchdog timer for monitoring hardware and software.
